Our story & philosophy
About GrammarVista.com USA
We’re a travel consulting service for people who live in the United States. One dedicated consultant plans your trip with you, so you can focus on the view.
Who we are
Who We Are: Personal Travel Consultants for U.S. Travelers
GrammarVista.com USA pairs travelers across the United States with one dedicated travel consultant, not a search box or a rotating call center.
Your consultant learns how you like to travel, researches routes and hotels, explains the trade-offs in plain English and coordinates the bookings once you approve the plan, whether it’s a long weekend in Savannah or three weeks across Italy.
Our mission
To give every traveler a clear, well-built plan and a real person who knows it inside out, so the time you spend away is spent enjoying it, not managing it.

The story behind the name
Our Story: Why We’re Called GrammarVista
Our name joins two ideas that shape every trip we plan. It isn’t about language lessons. It’s about how a great journey is put together.
- grammar noun
- The structure that makes something work: the order of things, how the pieces connect and the small rules that keep it all clear.
- In travel: routes that flow, realistic connection times, the right documents and confirmations that all match.
- vista noun
- A view, especially a long or beautiful one, and by extension a vision of what lies ahead.
- In travel: the moment you came for. A terrace at sunset, a glacier from the deck, a family dinner nobody wants to end.
Put them together and you have our philosophy: the grammar serves the vista. We handle the structure, clarity and details, so that once you arrive, all you have to do is look up.
Our values
What We Believe as Travel Consultants
These principles shape how we recommend, price and plan every trip, whatever the destination or budget.
-
Personal attention
One consultant knows your preferences, plans and deadlines. No hand-offs between departments, and no starting over.
-
Honesty over upselling
We recommend what suits you, not what’s easiest to sell. If a simpler hotel or a quieter season fits better, we’ll say so.
-
Transparent pricing
You see the full cost before anything is booked, and we explain up front whether a planning fee applies.
-
Respect for your time
Clear proposals with options side by side, and questions gathered into one conversation instead of a dozen emails.
-
Responsible travel
Where it fits, we suggest locally run guides, off-peak dates and the reservations that help protect fragile places.
-
Care with your details
Passport and payment details are shared only with the suppliers who need them to confirm your bookings.

How we work
What We Do: From First Idea to Final Itinerary
Every trip follows the same clear path, and there’s no obligation until you’re happy with the plan.
-
Step 1: Listen
We learn who’s traveling, when, your budget and what a perfect day looks like.
-
Step 2: Propose
You receive a tailored itinerary with options, pricing and honest trade-offs.
-
Step 3: Refine & book
We fine-tune the details together, then book and organize every confirmation.
-
Step 4: Support
You travel with a final itinerary, document reminders and a consultant who knows your trip.
Our planning promise
What You Can Count On
Destinations and budgets change from trip to trip. These commitments don’t.
- We listen first and ask the questions that actually shape your trip.
- You’ll see clear options with honest pros and cons, never a take-it-or-leave-it plan.
- Nothing is booked without your approval.
- Every confirmation and reservation is gathered into one organized itinerary.
- We flag passport, entry, payment and cancellation deadlines before they sneak up on you.
- If plans change before or during your trip, you reach someone who already knows the details.
Heading Abroad? Two Free Tools We Recommend
Before any trip abroad, check the State Department’s travel advisory for your destination and enroll in the free Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), so the nearest U.S. embassy can reach you with safety updates.
Editorial standards
Why You Can Trust Our Advice
We would rather earn trust with how we work than ask for it. These are the standards behind every recommendation, itinerary and travel guide we publish.
-
We check the rules at the source
Entry requirements, ID rules and health guidance change. Before we advise on them, we confirm them with the government agency that sets them, and we link you to that source.
-
We disclose how we are paid
Some suppliers pay us a commission and some trips carry a planning fee. We explain both before you commit, and our disclaimer spells out how compensation works.
-
We put recommendations in writing
Your proposal shows the options we considered, what each costs and why we recommend one over another, so you can judge the advice for yourself.
-
We tell you when you don’t need us
If a trip is simple enough to book yourself, we’ll say so. Our guides are written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us.
Read how compensation, supplier terms and our published information work in our disclaimer and terms & conditions.
